1- About New Brunswick

One of the most beautiful provinces in the East. This province is not very cold in winter and has the greatest universities in Canada such as the University of New Brunswick and Moncton University.

2- Advantages

• Short processing time in comparison to other states
• New Brunswick is low a populated province and has a chance to be developed
• The applicant knows what business he/she is going to establish there since it is written in the business plan

3- Eligibility

• Main Applicant’s age between 22 – 55
• Having at least an associate degree
• IELTS General band score of 5 (minimum of 5 for Each skill)
• Having an approved business plan
• Having a minimum net worth of $600,000 of which $300,000 must be in cash
• Having 3 years of management experience in the last 5 years
• Wanting to live permanently in New Brunswick while having ownership of a business

4- How to apply

Step 1: Going on an exploratory visa with our guide for 5 business days.

Step 2: You must submit an EOI indicating your interest in applying for permanent residence through the NBPNP. The applicants with a higher score will get selected (minimum eligible score is 65)

Step 3: Selected candidates will receive an ITA informing them to submit a full application online.

Step 4: Submission of provincial application to PETL

Step 5: Provincial application decision is made

Step 6: Depositing CAD 100,000 in case of acceptance from the province

Stage 7: Submission of federal application to IRCC

Stage 8: Federal application decision from IRCC

Stage 9: Landing in Canada
