QUEBEC INVESTOR PROGRAM

1-Introduction of the Province

Québec is a predominantly French-speaking province in eastern Canada with 2 vibrant cities in its south, connected by the Chemin du Roy highway along the Saint Lawrence River. Quebec is Canada’s largest province by area and its second-largest administrative division; only the territory of Nunavut is larger. Dating to 1608, Québec City retains its old colonial core, Place Royale, and historic harbor, Vieux Port, now known for nightlife.

3-Eligibility

• Ability to demonstrate business experience.
• Minimum net worth of 2 million Canadian dollar
• Ability to provide documents supporting the source and origin of invested funds.

4-Investment Options

Investment of 1.2 million CAD which will be returned at the end of the 5th year of investment
or
Investment of 350K CAD to the government of Canada

5-How to apply

Step 1: Completing documents, submitting an application, and paying a processing fee of CAD 15,235 for the Quebec Government.

Step 2: Receiving a File Number from the Quebec Immigration Office within 1-3 months.

Step 3: Receiving an invitation to the interview. If the documents are completed, the acceptance letter may be received from the office directly and without an interview. At this stage, the applicant’s documents and are reviewed.

Step 4: Carrying out an interview and announcing the results.

Step 5: Paying the amount of CAD 350,000 within a 110-day deadline after receiving the Acceptance Letter OR depositing CAD 1,200,000 in 5 years and receiving “CSQ” from the Quebec Immigration Office

Step 6: After receiving the CSQ, the necessary documents are sent to the federal government. At the federal stage, Medical and security examinations are performed
