Cyprus is an island country in the Eastern Mediterranean and the third largest and third most populous island in the Mediterranean, located south of Turkey, west of Syria and Lebanon, northwest of Israel, north of Egypt, and southeast of Greece. Nicosia is its capital and their currency is Euro and their official languages are Greek and Turkish.

3- Eligibility

• The main applicant must be 18 years old or older
• A valid passport
• Clean criminal record

4- Investment options

Investing for a minimum amount of €2 million in residential real estate or participation or establishment of a company or other investments for at least five years.
The residential investment must be held for at least 3 years and after that, the investment may be reduced to €500,000.

5- Who will be included with the investment?

• Main applicant and the spouse
• Children up to the age of 18 and children up to the age of 28 (who are unmarried, student and economically dependent to the main applicant)
• Parents of the main applicant can also get included by investing the minimum amount of €500,000 in residential property
