3. Main Applicant and three qualified dependents

Investing the amount of US$ 200,000 (non-refundable). The additional amount of US$ 25,000 should be made for each applicant other than applicant’s spouse.

4. Real Estate Investment

Buying a property with the value of US$ 200,000. This amount should be maintained for minimum of three years.
