About Us

I, Mahmood-Babak Yaltaghian, am a Canadian Immigration Consultant and ICCRC full member R422527.

Before immigrating to Canada, I had a small factory which processed raw mineral materials, and I was also the managing director of a general trading company engaged in importing laptops and high-tech electronic devices to Iran.

In 2003, I immigrated to Canada, and after visiting Toronto and Vancouver, I came back to Iran to close my companies, finish my job responsibilities and become ready to reside in Canada as my new HOME.

After a while, I was invited to start cooperating with two of my friends: the founders of West Coast Odyssey Enterprises Company in Vancouver. I accepted managing WCOE’s Tehran office, and due to previous experience and familiarity with the conditions of several businesses and companies, I was quickly interested in the field of Immigration Services.

In 2006, I settled in Toronto and started working at a reputable immigration services company.

While I was working, I started educating “Immigration Law” at Humber College in Toronto, and after graduation with an outstanding rank, I became a full member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and Iranian Canadian Association of Immigration Consultants (ICAIC) in 2011.

Having earned so many years of academic and practical experience, I established iLand Group Corporation in Canada with the belief in honesty, integrity and considering applicant’s rights and benefits ahead of any other points.

Over the years, I have been traveling to several countries from Asia to Europe to provide immigration services to clients from Iran, Turkey, UAE, Qatar, and European countries.

I have accompanied my clients at so many immigration interviews which have been near to all succeeded.

There are simple but vital keys for being accomplished on both sides:

Client:
– Should explain his/her needs precisely
– Should know himself/herself correctly. Everybody has some abilities and weaknesses. You should see what you can do and what you can NOT do.
– Should know the main reason of migration and his/her expectations.
Consultant:
– Should listen carefully to what the client says and what he/she needs
– Should know the latest immigration programs and regulations accurately.
– Should compare the best programs for the client.
– Should know client’s documents thoroughly to be able to prepare a clear and substantial file by evaluating the whole picture of the client’s application with correctness and accuracy.

With all respect to my colleagues which many of them are my friends or my former classmates but unfortunately, the area of providing immigration services is sometimes unclear in a disturbing air on both sides of clients and consultants.

Once you try to listen carefully and explain all the positive and negative points of any decision honestly, then you can be named as a trustable consultant. I have never forgotten the time when I decided to immigrate and the difficulty of choosing ONE.

If you find right answers to all of your critical questions, then immigration can lead your life to positive results, and if your decision comes out of just an emotional decision, it can be turned into a nightmare.
